Ingredients

– 1 lb. pasta (your choice of shape)

– 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

– 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

– 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup olive oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp. salt

– 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

1. – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, basil, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Notes

For added flavor, try roasting the cherry tomatoes before adding them to the pasta. You can also customize the dish by adding diced cucumber, feta cheese, or a splash of lemon juice.
