Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup strawberry jam


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. 3. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

4. 4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.

5. 5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
