Description

These S’mores Cookies combine the classic flavors of chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows into a deliciously soft and chewy treat. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in!


Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. 3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

4. 4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

5. 5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

6. 6. Fold in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.

7. 7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.

9. 9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to one week. For extra gooeyness, add more marshmallows!
