Description

These Smoked Burgers are packed with flavor and are sure to impress at your next cookout. With a perfect smoky char and juicy center, they are a must-try!


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

4 burger buns

Cheese slices (optional)

Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for toppings


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

2. 2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

4. 4. Place the patties in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

5. 5. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last 5 minutes of smoking.

6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in the smoker for a few minutes.

7. 7. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the patties overnight. These burgers are best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
