Ingredients

– 1 lb chicken breasts, diced

– 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red, green, yellow)

– 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 4 sheets aluminum foil

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. 2. In a bowl, combine diced chicken, chopped bell peppers, corn, taco seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a flat surface and spoon the chicken mixture onto the center.

4. 4. Fold the edges of the foil over the chicken mixture to create a sealed packet.

5. 5. Repeat with remaining ingredients, making four packets in total.

6. 6. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
