Ingredients
Fresh raspberries
Fresh lemon juice
Granulated sugar
Water
Ice cubes
Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
1. 1. In a blender, combine fresh raspberries and a cup of water.
2. 2. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
3. 3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the raspberry puree, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
4. 4. Pour in additional water to taste and mix well.
5. 5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
For a sparkling version, substitute some of the water with sparkling water. This drink can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
