Ingredients
– 2 pounds baby potatoes
– 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1/2 cup red onion, diced
– 1/2 cup celery, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
