Description

Ingredients

– 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

– 1 large onion, thinly sliced

– 1 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)

– ½ cup sugar

– 1 teaspoon salt

– ½ teaspoon black pepper

– 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and onions.

2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.

3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions, and toss to coat.

Notes
