Description

This Mixed Berry Sherbet is a delightful frozen treat that combines the fresh flavors of summer berries with a creamy texture. It’s easy to make and perfect for cooling down on hot days!


Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

1. 1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries and blend until smooth.

2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the berry puree, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until well combined.

3. 3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt. This sherbet can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
