Ingredients
– 1 lb flank steak, grilled and sliced
– 6 cups mixed greens
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 2 green onions, sliced
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– 2 tbsp fish sauce
– 2 tbsp lime juice
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp Sriracha or other hot sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Prepare the steak by marinating it in a mixture of fish sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Grill the steak to your desired doneness and slice it thinly across the grain.
2. – In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, bell pepper, carrot, green onions, and cilantro.
3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining fish sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and Sriracha to make the dressing.
