Ingredients
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 soft bread rolls
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– ½ cup sliced cucumbers
– ½ cup fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, or mint)
– ¼ cup mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. 2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. 3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
4. 4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lime juice.
5. 5. To assemble, spread mayo mixture inside each bread roll, add lettuce, cucumbers, grilled shrimp, and fresh herbs.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling. You can customize with your favorite veggies or sauces. Leftover shrimp can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
