Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb fresh salmon fillets

– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or cilantro)

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 egg, beaten

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Burger buns

– Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. 2. In a bowl, finely chop the salmon and combine with breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, mustard, egg, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Form the mixture into burger patties.

Notes
