Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the peanut sauce:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon water (as needed for consistency)


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.

2. 2. Add pork cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
