Ingredients
– 4 ripe peaches
– 1/2 cup moonshine
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. 2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
3. 3. In a small saucepan, combine moonshine and brown sugar. Heat over low until sugar dissolves, then stir in butter and set aside.
4. 4. Place peach halves on the grill, cut side down, for about 4-5 minutes or until grill marks appear.
