Ingredients

– 12 fresh oysters

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

2. 2. Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a grilling tray.

3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
