Description

This Grilled Honey-Chipotle Salmon is a flavor-packed, easy-to-make dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. The salmon fillets are coated in a sweet and smoky glaze made with honey, chipotle peppers, and warm spices, then grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

– 4 (6-oz) salmon fillets

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tbsp adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo

– 1 tbsp lime juice

– 2 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 tsp cumin

– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. 2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets all over with the honey-chipotle glaze.

3. 3. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness.

4. 4. Serve the grilled salmon immediately, drizzled with any remaining glaze from the pan.

Notes

– For extra heat, add an extra 1-2 tbsp of adobo sauce to the glaze.

– Serve the salmon over rice or with a fresh salad for a complete meal.

– Leftover salmon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
