Ingredients
– 4 ears of fresh corn
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 lime, juiced
– 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. 2. Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
