Ingredients
– 1 lb Brussels sprouts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
– Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. 2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any discolored leaves.
3. 3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar if using.
4. 4. Thread the Brussels sprouts onto skewers, leaving space between each sprout.
5. 5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.

Notes
