Description

Garlic Grilled Shrimp is a quick and delightful seafood dish, perfect for summer grilling. Juicy shrimp infused with garlic and herbs create a flavor explosion in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and slightly charred.

6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For added flavor, you can let the shrimp marinate longer. Serve with a side salad or on skewers alongside grilled vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
