Ingredients

– 1 lb ground pork

– 1 head green cabbage, shredded

– 2 carrots, julienned

– 4 green onions, sliced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

– 3 tbsp soy sauce

– 2 tbsp sesame oil

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground pork over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled.

2. – Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
