Ingredients
– 1 lb ground pork
– 1 head green cabbage, shredded

– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground pork over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled.
2. – Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
3. – Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. – Serve the Egg Roll in a Bowl warm, garnished with additional green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
