Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 2 eggs, beaten

– 1 cup marinara sauce

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

3. – Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to help it adhere.

4. – Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
