Ingredients
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 4 large eggs
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for drizzle)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until melted.
3. 3. Add flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms.
4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
5. 5. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
6. 6. Pipe small mounds onto baking sheets.
7. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
