Description

Creamy Cucumber Salad is a refreshing and flavor-packed side dish that’s perfect for summer. This easy-to-make salad features crisp cucumbers in a tangy, creamy dressing that’s perfect for picnics, barbecues, or as a light and healthy snack.

Ingredients

– 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

– 1 cup sour cream

– 2 tablespoons white vinegar

– 1 tablespoon sugar

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

2. – Gently fold in the fresh dill.

3. – Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

4. – Serve chilled, garnished with extra dill if desired.

Notes

This salad can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a thicker dressing, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. You can also add thinly sliced onions or a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor.
