Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 3 large eggs

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup raspberry puree

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.

3. 3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
