Ingredients

– 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

– 1 cup cooked shredded chicken

– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup sliced green onions

– Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions.

3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.

4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.

5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.

6. Place the filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a milder flavor, use less buffalo sauce or opt for a mild variety. Leftover bombs can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
