Ingredients
– 1 loaf of brioche or challah bread, cubed
– 2 cups fresh blueberries
– 6 large eggs
– 2 cups milk
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. 3. Place cubed bread in the dish and sprinkle blueberries evenly over the top.
4. 4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
5. 5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, ensuring even coverage.
6. 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Notes
