Description

Ingredients

– 12 fresh jalapeños

– 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed

– 1 cup fresh blueberries

– 1/4 cup cream cheese

– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds if desired.

3. 3. In a bowl, mix brie cheese, cream cheese, blueberries, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.

4. 4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese and blueberry mixture.

5. 5. Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

6. 6. Drizzle with olive oil.

7. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

8. 8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, leave some seeds in the jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
