Ingredients
– 8 oz pasta (such as penne or farfalle)
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tbsp sour cream
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
4. – Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat.
5. – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. – Serve chilled or at room temperature.
