Ingredients
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
