Ingredients
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup water
– 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
– 1 carrot, grated
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece ginger, grated
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1-2 teaspoons chili sauce or hot sauce
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
1. – In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the water and stir until a smooth batter forms.
2. – Fold in the chopped cabbage, grated carrot, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
3. – Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
4. – Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry the manchurian balls until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
5. – Drain the fried manchurian balls on a paper towel-lined plate.
6. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili sauce.
7. – Add the fried manchurian balls to the sauce and toss gently to coat.

Notes
