Ingredients

– 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade

– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

– 1/4 cup hot honey

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch the pizza dough into a large rectangle or circle, about 12 inches in diameter.

3. – Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.

4. – Brush the dough with the olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

5. – Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.

6. – Arrange the thin slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.

7. – Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. – Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle the hot honey over the top.

9. – Slice and serve the White Pizza with Prosciutto & Hot Honey immediately, while hot and fresh.

Notes

– For a crispier crust, prebake the dough for 5-7 minutes before adding the toppings.

– Adjust the amount of hot honey to your desired level of sweetness and spice.

– Try experimenting with different types of cheese or additional toppings to customize the pizza to your liking.
