Description

These White Chocolate Spiderweb Brownies are a deliciously decadent treat that’s perfect for Halloween. With a rich, fudgy texture and a creamy white chocolate spiderweb design on top, they’re sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup cocoa powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.

3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5. 5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

6. 6. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

7. 7. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.

8. 8. Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or small zip-top bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe a spiderweb design on top of the brownie batter.

9. 9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

10. 10. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.

Notes

For an extra spooky touch, you can add food coloring to the white chocolate to create a black or orange spiderweb design. You can also sprinkle the cooled brownies with powdered sugar or add a Halloween-themed decoration.
