Ingredients

– 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 2 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling

– 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped


Instructions

1. 1. In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and heavy cream until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

2. 2. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure even blending.

3. 3. Add the 2 tablespoons of honey and blend for another 30 seconds to incorporate.

4. 4. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional honey.

5. 5. Top with the chopped pistachios and serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a tangier flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the whipped feta. You can also try using different types of nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, instead of pistachios.
