Description

This Watermelon and Feta Salad with Balsamic Glaze is a refreshing and flavor-packed summer dish that’s perfect for hot days. The sweet watermelon pairs beautifully with the creamy feta and the tangy balsamic glaze, creating a delightful balance of tastes and textures.

Ingredients

– 4 cups cubed watermelon

– 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

– 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

– 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

– 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh mint, and chopped fresh basil.

2. – Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and gently toss to coat.

3. – Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the salad and season with sea salt.

4. – Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a more substantial meal, you can add grilled chicken or shrimp. This salad also pairs well with crusty bread or pita chips.
