Ingredients

– 4 tomatoes, diced

– 1 onion, finely chopped

– 2 bell peppers (red and green), diced

– 1 cucumber, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

– Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and cucumber.

3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
