Ingredients
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 1 cup cranberry sauce
– 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
– 12 slider buns, split in half
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking up the turkey with a spatula, until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
3. 3. Remove the turkey from the heat and stir in the cranberry sauce until well combined.
4. 4. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and top each bottom bun with the turkey cranberry mixture, followed by a slice of brie cheese.
5. 5. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
