Description

Tuna Crudo is a light, refreshing dish that pairs perfectly with the bright, citrusy flavors of the caper vinaigrette. This easy-to-prepare recipe makes for a delightful appetizer or a quick, healthy main course.

Ingredients

– 8 oz sashimi-grade tuna, cut into thin slices

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp lemon juice

– 2 tbsp orange juice

– 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

– 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped

– 1 tsp Dijon mustard

– 1 garlic clove, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, white wine vinegar, capers, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. 2. Arrange the tuna slices on a serving plate. Drizzle the citrus caper vinaigrette over the top.

3. 3. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use the freshest, sashimi-grade tuna available. This dish can be made ahead of time, but the tuna should be added just before serving for optimal texture and flavor.
