Ingredients
– 1 pre-made pie crust
– 3 cups sliced fresh tomatoes
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
