Description

This Thanksgiving Turkey Cheese Ball is the ultimate holiday appetizer. Creamy, savory, and packed with flavor, it’s the perfect crowd-pleasing dip to serve with crackers, veggies, or toasted bread.

Ingredients

– 16 oz cream cheese, softened

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

– 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

– 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped

– 2 tbsp honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, sage, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well blended.

2. – Shape the cheese mixture into a smooth ball and place it on a serving platter.

3. – Gently press the toasted pecans onto the outside of the cheese ball, covering the entire surface.

4. – Drizzle the top of the cheese ball with honey.

5. – Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

6. – Serve the Thanksgiving Turkey Cheese Ball with crackers, fresh vegetables, and a side of chutney or jam for dipping.

Notes

– For best results, use high-quality, full-fat cream cheese.

– Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned.

– Substitute your favorite herbs and seasonings to customize the flavor profile.

– The cheese ball can be made up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve.
