Ingredients
– 1 loaf of day-old bread, cubed
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 celery stalks, diced
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. – In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
