– 1 cup pomegranate arils
– 1/2 cup toasted pecans
– 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon honey
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
