Description

These classic Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs are a must-have holiday appetizer. Perfectly creamy, tangy, and easy to make, they’re sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– Paprika, for garnish

– Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

1. – Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.

2. – Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. – Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

4. – Sprinkle the deviled eggs with paprika and chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

5. – Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, you can also add a touch of hot sauce, garlic powder, or finely chopped chives to the yolk mixture. These deviled eggs can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
