Description

Elevate your Thanksgiving meal with this Mouthwatering Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce. A quick and easy recipe that adds the perfect sweet-tart balance to your holiday spread.

Ingredients

– 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup orange juice

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. – In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt.

2. – Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3. – Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.

4. – Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, mash some of the cranberries with a potato masher or the back of a spoon during the simmering process. You can also add a teaspoon of orange zest for extra flavor.
