Description

Tender chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a creamy peanut sauce all wrapped up in a soft tortilla – these Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps are a delicious and convenient meal the whole family will love.


Ingredients

– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut sauce

– 2 cups shredded cabbage

– 1 cup shredded carrots

– 4 green onions, thinly sliced

– 6 large tortilla wraps


Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and peanut sauce until well coated.

2. – Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions, then toss to combine.

3. – Lay a tortilla wrap on a flat surface and place 1/6 of the chicken mixture in the center.

4. – Fold the bottom of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling tightly.

5. – Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

6. – Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or crushed wonton strips to the filling. These wraps can also be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
