Ingredients

– 8 oz rice noodles

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1/2 cup coconut milk

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp lime juice

– 1 tsp sriracha or other chili sauce

– 1 garlic clove, minced

– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

– 2 tbsp crushed peanuts

– 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions
