Description

Tender, finger-licking sweet honey ribs that are perfect for any backyard party or gathering. These easy-to-make ribs are coated in a delicious honey-soy glaze and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

– 3 lbs baby back ribs

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/2 tsp ground cumin

– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. – Pat the ribs dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, paprika, cumin, and cayenne.

4. – Place the ribs in a baking dish and brush the honey-soy mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

5. – Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes, basting the ribs with the sauce every 30 minutes, until the ribs are tender and the sauce is caramelized.

6. – Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try marinating the ribs in the honey-soy mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour before baking. The ribs can also be grilled instead of baked.
