Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a large bowl, toss the chicken, brussels sprouts, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
3. – Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
4. – Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and the brussels sprouts are tender.

Notes
