Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2. 2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

4. 4. Place the coated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

6. 6. Serve the Sustainable Herb-Crusted Salmon immediately, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice over the salmon before serving. This recipe also works well with other types of sustainable, wild-caught fish.
