Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, or a blend)
– 1 lb mushrooms, finely chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. – In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheese until well combined.
3. – Add the chopped mushrooms, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully incorporated.
