Ingredients

– 16 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup matcha powder

– 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

3. 3. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two equal parts.

4. 4. To one part, add the matcha powder and mix until fully incorporated.

5. 5. To the other part, fold in the diced strawberries.

6. 6. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

7. 7. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.

8. 8. Dollop the strawberry and matcha cream cheese mixtures over the crust, then use a knife or skewer to swirl the two together.

9. 9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat cream cheese. Substitute frozen strawberries if fresh are not available. Garnish with additional matcha powder or fresh strawberry slices before serving.
